ChowBanQ doesn't hold your money. We're the app you use to send, request, and track it — but the money itself moves through regulated partners.
Stripe processes payments. Card payments and transfers run through Stripe, a regulated, PCI-certified payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Your bank holds your funds. Settlement runs through established U.S. banking rails, and cash-outs go straight to your own bank account.
Your details are encrypted. Card and bank information is encrypted and never stored on ChowBanQ. We only keep the minimum we need — for example, the last 4 digits of an ID.
So the short version: you use ChowBanQ, Stripe moves the money, and your bank keeps it. No single app is sitting on your cash.
