Your safety is built into how ChowBanQ works. Here's what we do, and what you can do.
We confirm names before you pay. Every time you send money, we show the recipient's real name so you can catch a wrong or fake account before it sends.
We tokenize card details. Your card is turned into a secure token — ChowBanQ never sees or stores the real number.
We verify identities. ID checks keep fake and duplicate accounts off the platform.
How to spot a scam: be wary of anyone who pressures you to pay fast, asks you to pay a "fee" to unlock or release money, or contacts you out of the blue claiming to be ChowBanQ support.
When in doubt, stop. Real payments can wait a minute while you check. If something feels off, don't send — reach out to us through the app first.
