Create a pot for events, family, projects or your team
Pool money with a shared code — for a birthday, a family member, a project, or the team.
Group Chow lets you collect money toward one shared goal. Everyone chips in from their own ChowBanQ wallet, and you watch the total climb. It works for almost anything:
A special event — a birthday, wedding, or leaving gift. A family member — everyone helps fund one person. A project — pool costs for a shared build or trip. A team — collect subs, kit, or a group order.
Here's how to start one:
Open Group Chow from your dashboard, then tap Start a pool.
Fill in the details. Add "What's the occasion?" (for example, "Dad's birthday"), pick an icon, set an optional Target amount, and add a Note so people know what it's for.
Tap Create pool. You'll get a short share code — tap to copy it.
Share the code. Anyone can tap Join with a code, enter it, and Chip in from their wallet. You'll see each person's contribution and the running total on the pool card.
When you're done collecting, tap Close pool. That's it — one pot, one code, everyone in.
